[Mixing ratio]
- Compare peak height. It shows the aspect that the mixing ratio value decreases (hits downward) because the divergence occurs at the peak point of the rise. Through this, the peak height can be checked and compared.
- Confirm the vertical scale just before spreading in the horizontal direction.
[Temperature]
Check the temperature gradient that occurs as time passes from the same time zone. It is not a large circulation gathering in the middle, but a gradient is formed like a wall around the city to suit the characteristics of the urban heat island.
[U-wind]
When an urban heat island occurs, a large temperature and pressure difference occurs due to a strong rising air stream generated locally in the urban area, resulting in a u-wind.
